Whether a client is seeking the perfect last-minute summer holiday or a luxury winter break, you need not look further than Dubai. With a flight time of less than seven hours, families, couples and solo explorers won’t have to wait long to gaze up at the spectacular Burj Khalifa – the tallest tower in the world.

Adventurous desert safaris, golden beaches and Michelin-star cuisine are also at travellers’ fingertips, while an iconic accommodation choice would be Address Beach Resort.

This luxurious escape is the first beachfront property of Address Hotels + Resorts collection, under Emaar Hospitality Group, featuring two 77-storey towers connected by the tallest inhabited sky bridge in the world.

The resort even holds a Guinness World Record for the “highest outdoor infinity pool in a building in the world”, with the pool sitting at almost 294 metres and only open to those over the age of 21.

DUBAI BY DESIGN

Address Beach Resort is an unmissable structure. Its facade features 82,000 square metres (11 football fields!) of curtain-wall glass and its lifts are more than three miles long. Guests can take in panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina and Ain Dubai, while its 217 rooms and suites include Dubai Marina and sea-view options. For clients really wanting to splash out, recommend the Three Bedroom Presidential Suite.

Address Beach Resort also houses 443 fully furnished and serviced apartments, and 478 unfurnished residential apartments.

Centrally located, Address Beach Resort is a stone’s throw from the bustling JBR district, the iconic Dubai Marina, and it’s within a 15-minute walk from the metro and tram station.

STYLISH SCENES

This exclusive escape is a culinary destination in its own right. Li’Brasil offers a perfect marriage between Lebanese and Brazilian cuisines, while The Restaurant serves up internationally inspired dishes. The Lounge treats guests to views of calligraphic art by Emirati artist Mattar Bin Lahej and The Beach Grill is the place for beach-side Mediterranean dining.

Guests must try Zeta Seventy Seven during their stay. The adults-only Asian fusion restaurant is an Instagram sensation thanks to its location next to the famed infinity pool.

Address Beach Resort also focuses on holistic wellness, with direct beach access, a state-of-the-art fitness centre and the award-winning The Spa at Address providing plenty of opportunity for relaxation. But this luxury stay isn’t just for adults. The resort houses the Splash Pad for kids, family pool on the ground floor and The Qix Club.
