Formerly head consultant at Mr & Mrs Smith, Short joins the business with more than 30 years’ experience in the luxury sector. 

She also spent nearly seven years at Beaver Travel as head of retail sales and business development, before moving onto Lanes Exclusive Homes to work as a senior sales executive. 

In her new role, Short is tasked with developing new trade partnerships, enhancing existing collaborations with UK agents, and increasing visibility for Plateau’s portfolio of hotels, DMCs, and boutique river cruises.

“I look forward to introducing these partners to new contacts, strengthening existing relationships, and contributing to the company’s continued growth and success in the UK market,” said Short.
