Held at the trade association’s head offices on 29th April, the event will help travel professionals navigate the shift from traditional sightseeing to the authentic experiences today’s luxury clients demand.
Attendees can expect seminars on everything from understanding the ultra-high-net-worth traveller to the effective use of AI, as well as the seamless integration of eco products into the luxury experience.
“Keeping up with trends and habits in the fast-moving luxury travel sector is vital to understanding the market and what clients are looking for,” said April Hutchinson, head of luxury at TTG Media.
“Putting those clients at the heart of the service you provide and being an expert in their needs is one of the keys to selling luxury travel, and I look forward to exploring that and much more in great detail over the course of the event.”
Hutchinson will interview a range of fellow industry leaders, including Paul Beale of Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises, Philippe Brown of Brown + Hudson, Edward Byrne of Power Byrne, Bertie Horne of CommVersion, Rick Milne of Carrier, Simon Langley of Cookson Adventures, David Ox of Winged Boots, Eleanor Scott of PWC, and Toni Scott of Designer Travel.
The event is suitable for both experienced luxury travel professionals as well as agents and suppliers who are new to the high-end market.
Attendees will increase knowledge of the luxury travel market, learn how to engage with bloggers and understand their value in marketing luxury, and gain insights on building a brand that maintains relevance and drives loyalty.
Advisors will also learn how to capitalise on the rise of Gen Z travellers, who represent about 35% of the luxury travel market.
There will also be an opportunity to network and share knowledge with industry colleagues, agents and operators.
