Known for her philosophy on “alkaline eating”, she will be at the cooking school in the New Forest hotel on May 14 explaining her philosophy.
Her first book Honestly Healthy - Eat with your Body in Mind the Alkaline Way - extols the virtues of “clean living” and has sold more than 300,000 copies worldwide in 15 languages since 2012, and she has written two more since.
Corrett – whose parents are restaurateur Graham Corrett and interior designer Kelly Hoppen - says her “lightbulb moment” came seven years ago when an Ayurvedic doctor explained the science behind an alkaline vs acid way of eating and she took it on board from there.

She will also showcase recipes from her fourth book, due out in May.
The cookery class takes place at HH&Co Backstage from 10am-4pm and costs £210 per person; her three or four-course dinner is from 7.30pm and costs £65pp. Nights at the hotel during the pop-up cost from £330 (minimum two-night stay applies).
It’s Corrett’s second hotel tie-up this year, having created an Intelligent Breakfast menu for the Pullman London St Pancras. Available until July, her menu is on offer in the hotel’s Golden Arrow restaurant and in the Business Playground, Pullman’s take on the meeting room concept.
