Knightsbridge Circle has announced the appointment of Hannah Westaway as managing director, as part of a strategic plan to continue offering exceptional experiences to its clientele.

The industry veteran joins the concierge club from US real estate development Discovery Land Company, where she played a key role in creating a portfolio of exclusive private resorts in some of the most sought-after destinations worldwide.

Prior to this, Westaway held senior executive positions at several prestigious luxury brands and destinations.

She was instrumental in driving business transformation and enhancing client experiences in roles such as executive director at The House of KOKO and commercial director at Mayfair members’ club, The Twenty Two.

Additionally, she spent nearly a decade leading business development, sales, and marketing at The Arts Club in Dover Street, ultimately serving as commercial director.

Knightsbridge Circle said Westaway’s track record of more than 20 years in luxury travel, fine dining, exclusive events, and personalised services “makes her an ideal match for our vision of redefining the elite concierge experience”.

Knightsbridge Circle is known for its 4:1 member-to-staff ratio, and has long been established for its discretion and commitment to fulfilling any request, no matter how specific or grand.

In her new role, Westaway will oversee Knightsbridge Circle’s global operations, focusing on expanding the company’s bespoke offerings and maintaining the highest standards of service for its members.

She will also be instrumental in exploring new markets and partnerships. “I am delighted to join Knightsbridge Circle, a company that, under Stuart McNeill’s exemplary leadership, has set the benchmark for luxury lifestyle management since 2012,” said Westaway.

“This is an exciting time to come on board, and I look forward to collaborating with the talented team here to continue delivering extraordinary, world-class experiences, elevate the business to new heights, and connect with the remarkable clients we are privileged to serve. I am eager to build upon Knightsbridge Circle’s impressive legacy and ongoing pursuit of excellence and innovation.”
