Nymphenburg Residence is based within the grounds of the historic imperial estate of Nymphenburg Palace, dating from 1675, which is located a 15-minute drive from Munich city centre.
The Langham Nymphenburg Residence will feature four bedrooms, three living rooms, two wine cellars, seven bathrooms, a home cinema and dining room.
The property also features an outdoor terrace with a water feature and historic sculptures for events of up to 100 seated guests.
Stefan Leser, chief executive officer of Langham Hospitality Group, said: “The Langham Hotels and Resorts collection combines luxury lifestyle and service with some of the finest properties in the world.
“The fact that The Langham Nymphenburg is a residence emphasises the diversity of our growing portfolio, and it is a wonderful addition to our group of luxury hotels.”
The three-storey residence underwent extensive renovation during the summer ahead of its opening later this year.
