The ultra-luxury line said travel partners could win one of five suitcases (worth more than £1,000) by booking any of its new range of Extended Explorations, which are now being offered free on some sailings.

Free Extended Explorations allow clients to extend their holiday by up to six nights, in a range of destinations across Africa, Asia, Australia, New Zealand and South America by accessing 13 pre- and post-cruise land programmes that can bookend 22 voyages.

The sailings with applicable Free Extended Explorations are available between October 2021 and March 2022 on board Seven Seas Explorer and Seven Seas Voyager.

These include expanding a 10-night cruise on board Seven Seas Voyager sailing 19 February, 2022 with a free three-night pre-cruise Authentic Buenos Aires land programme and a free three-night post-cruise A Passion for Rio land programme, creating a 16-night travel experience in total.

To help sales, Regent has also added a dedicated Free Extended Explorations Toolkit including a guide to “help agents become land programme experts”, a client-facing flyer and customisable digital assets, including web banners, social assets and campaign images to promote the offer to clients.

“With massive pent-up demand for the ultra-luxury cruise experience we have no doubt that Regent guests will want to extend their travel in some of the most exotic destinations in the world, at no extra cost,” said Graham Sadler, senior vice president and managing director, EMEA, Regent Seven Seas Cruises. “I strongly encourage all travel partners to utilise the dedicated Free Extended Explorations Toolkit to take advantage of this incredible opportunity and to also enter the prize draw to win one of these stunning Globe-Trotter suitcases.”

Other land programmes combinations could include the new Sacred & Scenic Tokyo tour or a Winelands and Wildlife tour from Cape Town.

The Free Extended Explorations also comes with a reduced deposit requirement of 10%, and agents need to make bookings before 31 March, registering them for the chance to win one of the suitcases.
