Hilton will be tasked with improving The Holiday Franchise Company’s one-on-one training and e-learning platform, as well as launching new educational initiatives.

The Holiday Franchise Company is Holidayplease’s franchising operation, while The Travel Franchise is run by Not Just Travel.

“From my initial chat, there was a real sense of passion and excitement from the team” Hilton said. “It’s a big decision to start your own franchise, so the onboarding and training is a vital part of their journey. I’m looking forward to getting started in my new role.”

Hilton’s 13-year career in travel started in retail, working as an assistant store manager with Tui and latterly Kuoni. He went on to work as a business development manager for Not Just Travel.

Holiday Franchise Company head of franchise Joanne Aldridge added Hilton was a “perfect addition” to the team due to his “wealth of knowledge on both travel and [the] franchise industry”.
