They are among 14 brands under the Ennismore portfolio. Accor has taken a 66.67% holding in Ennismore, with the remainder held by Ennismore founder Sharan Pasricha, who formed the company in 2011.
Pasricha and Gaurav Bhushan, co-chief executive, will remain at the helm of Ennismore, which will operate its 150 properties, including restaurants and nightlife venues, autonomously.
Pasricha said: “It’s a very exciting day and the start of a new chapter for Ennismore as we become the largest and fastest growing lifestyle hospitality company.
“I couldn’t be more excited to bring together our unrivalled portfolio of brands in this new entity and share the reins with my longtime friend and now co-CEO, Gaurav.”
Ennismore has 146 properties in the pipeline, with “strong growth” anticipated from The Hoxton, Mondrian, SLS, SO/ and Tribe hotel brands plus flagship restaurants Bibo, Carna, F’ilia and Seabird.
