Self-styled AdventureMan Jamie McDonald has been named among the speakers for the Advantage Travel Partnership’s 2024 conference in Cancun where he will deliver a keynote speech.
McDonald has raised more than £1 million for charity through his efforts
McDonald rose to fame after becoming the first person to run the 5,000 miles dividing the US’s Atlantic and Pacific coasts without a crew. He has also set a Guinness World Record for visiting the seven modern wonders of the world in the fastest time – six days, 16 hours, and 14 minutes.
“Having achieved so much in his career, often in the face of adversity, Jamie has raised more than £1 million for charity," said Advantage chief executive Julia Lo Bue-Said.
