Moran, who works at Althams’ Huddersfield branch, received the award created in honour of a former manager who died following complications after the birth of her daughter.
The award was designed to encourage young staff members to excel at their jobs, with factors including the number of passengers booked, profit generated, day-to-day performance and positive attitude as well as the opinions of their manager and mentors.
Kelsey Oakes, an adviser with the Accrington branch, was runner-up.
