The TTG 30-under-30 alumni – who has previously held roles with Travelbag, Flexicruise and Cruise.co.uk – will join the firm on 30 January and help develop relationships with the company’s luxury, river and expedition cruise partners. 

Perrott’s appointment will see Clare Cruise move into the position of sales and operations director, where she will focus on customer service. 

James Cole, founder and managing director of Panache Cruises, told TTG: "Anna’s experience and skills speak for themselves, she brings a wealth of knowledge to Panache Cruises and joins the business at a very exciting time in our growth journey.

The addition brings Panache’s workforce to 36, compared to just 13 at the start of 2022, as it prepares to move to a larger premises in Chorley in the coming months.

Perrott said: "I’m delighted to be joining the Panache team and look forward to helping them successfully push forward with their exciting expansion plans.

"I’ll be working closely with a number of luxury, river and expedition cruise lines and this provides me with a great opportunity to utilise the close supplier relationships that I have built up over 12 years within the cruise industry."

Panache continues to look for additional staff, such as cruise connoisseurs who manage relationships with customers on a 1-2-1 basis.
