Staff from APT, Hurtigruten and Star Clippers will hit the road later this month.
Sessions will aim to fill agents in on the lines’ respective river cruise, expedition and tall ship product.
The ‘Niche Roadshows’ will be held in Poole, Torquay and Cardiff.
They will also feature presentations from experts within each brand, as well as opportunities to win restaurant vouchers, camera and iPads. An evening meal and drinks will be provided.
“We’re delighted to be working together with our industry partners, Hurtigruten and Star Clippers, to host these special sessions,” said Jessica Shelton-Agar, APT national sales manager.
“We all appreciate how busy travel agents are, so we’ve created a series of regional evening events that promise to be both fun and informative.
“Our collective aim is for agents to leave us with a much more detailed understanding of our brands, products and the incredible experiences we can each offer to their clients.
“We’re hoping for a good turnout in each location so we’re urging agents to sign up as soon as possible to secure their place.”
The Poole event will be held on October 16 at the Harbour Heights Hotel, the Torquay event on 0ctober 18 at the Grand Hotel Torquay, and the Cardiff event on October 24 at the Village Hotel.
Events will run from 6pm until 9pm. Agents are invited to join in via social media whether they are at the event or are following remotely using the hashtag #nicheroadshows on Twitter and Facebook.
