The river cruise and touring operator has partnered with training specialists Bright to deliver the sessions, which will be held in Wokingham, Ipswich, Guildford and Tunbridge Wells.

APT Travelmarvel will join other travel brands to deliver a series of evening training events detailing the firm’s 2022/23 product.

Each event begins with welcome drinks and is followed by a 10-minute presentation from each partner and networking over a three-course dinner.

Brad Bennetts, head of sales and business development for APT Travelmarvel, said the aim of the sessions is to "to equip agents with the tools they need to promote river cruising" and help grow their businesses to attract more new-to-cruise customers.

“We are thrilled to have joined Bright, as we firmly believe that face-to-face training is one of the most powerful tools and adds significant value for agents," he added.

Bookings for the following 2022 events are open now:

• 13 September: Bearwood Lakes, Wokingham
• 14 September: Hintlesham Hall, Ipswich
• 11 October: Barnett Hill Hotel, Guildford
• 12 October: Salomons Estate, Tunbridge Wells
