Hayre has been promoted to the role after recently returning from maternity leave following the birth of her twin boys.
She will lead on planning, developing and implementing the attraction ticket specialist’s trade sales strategy.
Hayre moved to Attraction World in March 2018 from Super Break as key account manager for the north, working alongside Sarah Ashmore.
Prior to joining Super Break, Hayre worked in a number of retail roles for Tui.
She will join the Attraction World leadership team as part of an ongoing restructure, led by chief executive Olly Nicholls and chief operating officer Justin Mahoney.
"I’m looking forward to working with all our amazing partners, along with Sarah, in helping our mutual customers book the attractions and experiences in the destinations they visit," said Hayre.
"The opportunity as we come out of this pandemic is huge, and I can’t wait to help drive the recovery."
Mahoney added: “Kelly is a true star within our industry. Olly and I are absolutely delighted that she has accepted the opportunity to lead the future development of our trade sales business.
"Our trade partners continue to be an incredibly important part of our business, and we look to investing further in the future in how we engage and support the trade.
"Kelly’s promotion is just the start of many new and exciting initiatives we are rolling out across our trade partners.”
