Around 400 homeworkers will be hosted across brunch events at 21 venues around the UK this summer, while in 2023, Classic will run homeworker-focused fams and a “VIP trip” for more than 100.
Brunch events will include business updates on Classic Collection, its Classic Package Holidays brand and key hotel partners, as well as a marketing workshop for agents.
Classic said feedback from homeworkers had led to the adoption of more flexible call centre opening hours with plans also in the pipeline to introduce an online bookable platform for agents before the end of the year.
Jorge Quibell, Classic’s strategic account manager for homeworkers, said: “This is a huge undertaking, but as we have one of the largest agency sales teams in the country [and] we are more than geared up for it. It’s a privilege to demonstrate our commitment to all our trade partners with initiatives such as these.”
