With more than 25 years’ experience in the industry, as well as more than five years working in travel recruitment, Docherty brings a wealth of knowledge to the role.

Doherty’s appointment follows the addition of Lisa Haynes to C&M’s recruitment team in February of this year, as the consultancy continues to see record demand for new candidates with travel job vacancies up 185% on 2021, with a 22% increase on pre-pandemic levels.
