The operator, which has been trading for more than 15 years and is licensed for 525 passengers, has been bought by a group led by Richard Lewis, a luxury travel expert.
The consortium includes Yumax Group, which focuses on the golf market. Cricketer Kevin Pietersen is part of Yumax.
Pietersen said: "Travel is such a big part of my life. I love exploring new places and experiencing what our planet has to offer. Becoming an owner of Savile Row Travel gives me even more opportunities to explore what’s out there and help others do the same thing."
The new owners have further, unspecified acquisitions planned.
Lewis said: "We identified Savile Row Travel given their already phenomenal reputation for product expertise and highly elevated personalised service to each of their clients.
"It’s our ambition to now enhance the product offering, grow the client base and offer truly unique levels of service to each client, old and new.
"Our three-year plan includes strategic acquisitions, international growth and building on the already strong and robust supplier relationships that are already in place."
The Henley-on-Thames operator will launch new product this month and a revamped website will be unveiled in April.
