The Leeds-based firm Constant Travel launched its Personal Holiday Advisors division in 2018, with a view to recruiting around 50 homeworkers.

Mulkeen, who brings retail and tour operating experience to the role from stints with Thomas Cook, Tui and Austravel, will oversee a fresh focus on recruitment.

The group is seeking to expand its recruitment from all sectors, including leisure and business, to build up a broad knowledge base across the team.

"Personal Holiday Advisors have been operating since 2018 with an organic approach to growth," said Constant, which is a member of the Hays Travel Independence Group.

"Now, with an established  group of homeworkers in the company, we have re-focused our efforts and have put in place a structure to allow us to bring on more candidates to meet the growing demands of our business."

Constant said key USPs include no set-up fees, a free laptop, and instant payment on commission of up to 80%, with new joiners able to start earning commission straight away.
