The new Cook’s Club Corfu will debut the brand’s "feel free" concept, giving guests access to freshly prepared food and drinks from the menu, whenever it suits them.
Ordered via a smartphone, dishes are prepared by chefs in a live-cooking kitchen before being delivered direct to guests. The idea is to produce fresh, high-quality meals with less food waste than a traditional buffet service.
The new adults-only hotel has 195 rooms, including swim-up garden rooms, and is located close to Gouvia beach, a 10-minute drive from island capital Corfu Town.
It also features two restaurants and a bar with live DJs, a swimming pool, tennis courts, gym and bike hire, as well as a "hideaway" spa, yoga and Pilates sessions.
“We had an instant connection with the Cook’s Club brand,” said Cook’s Club Corfu’s owner Panos Rokas. “We wanted to create a destination for chic boho living, where like-minded people can feel at home, connect and embrace the energy and vibes of the island.”
The all-inclusive Feel Free concept costs from £165 per night for two guests and includes all meals and drinks at the hotel – breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus a choice of cocktails, branded alcoholic drinks, beers, wines and soft drinks.
This is Cook’s Club fifth hotel in Greece and the 10th hotel in its portfolio The brand also launched a new-build hotel in Ialysos on the island of Rhodes in May.
