The new build hotel, due to launch on 1 May, will be the brand’s fourth in Greece, with a fifth planned to open soon after.
The 83-room, adults-only hotel includes bungalows, private pool suites and some with their own private roof garden, and is located in the Ialysos area of north-west Rhodes.
Cook’s Club Ialysos Rhodes will include Cantina, a restaurant which offers curated street-food flavours and the Captain Cook Bar, featuring views of the pool area.
