Flights will operate daily from London to Antalya, throughout the summer; Corendon’s inaugural flight departed on Friday (1 April).
It will also operate services from Gatwick to Dalaman, Bodrum, Rhodes and Crete. The Turkish airline said summer bookings were so far looking “very encouraging”.
UK commercial representative Paul Riches said Corendon was planning to increase its reach to other destinations popular with UK holidaymakers "in the following seasons".
David Bell, airline business development manager at Gatwick airport, added: “Both Turkey and Greece are among our most popular short-haul destinations, ideal for family holidays, couples’ escapes or getaways with friends.
"It is great news for passengers across London and the south-east that we now have more choice and competition for routes to Antalya, Dalaman, Bodrum, Rhodes and Crete.”
