Destination management company (DMC) Discova has appointed James Munro as global director of product.
He will replace Susan Ogden, who is moving to Flight Centre Travel Group’s (FCTG) wholesale brand GOGO Vacations as executive vice-president.
Munro will be responsible for Discova’s end-to-end product capabilities, including procurement, design, development and distribution.
With more than 25 years of senior leadership experience, Munro joins Discova from Ignite Travel Group, where he held the position of product development director.

Munro will be based in Queensland and will start in his new role on 28 November.
