The operator, which debuted in November 2019 before being launched to the trade in August 2020, generated £16 million Q3 profit in the three months to 30 June during which time it carried around 400,000 passengers.
This exceeds the previous record £10 million annual profit easyJet’s previous holidays proposition generated in 2012/13 under a different business model.
EasyJet chief Johan Lundgren said the firm’s holiday division had benefited from "strategic initiatives" launched during the pandemic, which had helped deliver "a record profit of £16 million".
He added the division was on course to carry 1.1 million passengers in the full year to 30 September 2022.
