Ryanair will launch a twice-weekly Edinburgh-Marrakech service this winter.
Flights will get under way on 18 December, operating on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
It will become the ninth new route the budget carrier has announced at Edinburgh this year.
"Marrakech has been a destination many people have asked for," said Edinburgh airport aviation director, Kate Sherry.
"We are always looking to widen our connections and ensure Edinburgh and Scotland is targeting sustainable growth opportunities as we continue our recovery."
