During the pandemic, the organisation said it invested in more digital learning to enable travel professionals to join the business and still have a personal induction experience, despite not being there in person.
Matt Harding, head of recruitment and onboarding at Travel Counsellors, said the new scheme will provide those who complete it with "added confidence".
"We are delighted to relaunch our learning programme in partnership with the ITT," he added.
