Exodus Travels is the latest company to cancel scheduled tours during the coronavirus outbreak.
The adventure travel company has suspended any travel between 17 March and 15 May as countries around the world introduce stringent measures to combat the spread of Covid-19.
“While we are desperately concerned for our leaders, partners and providers overseas, who are part of the extended Exodus family, we have made this decision in the best interests of all and in consultation with the relevant authorities, governments and agencies,” said Exodus in a statement.
“We are sorry to those customers for whom this will come as a profound disappointment, though we appreciate that some will receive this news as a welcome relief in what has been a fast-moving and unprecedented time of uncertainty.”
Exodus said it is contacting agents with passengers due to travel imminently.
