The bulk of up to 530 flights per week are from Birmingham and Belfast City and are domestic, but flights from Belfast City, Birmingham, East Midlands and Heathrow to Amsterdam also feature. Flybe will also operate from Heathrow to Belfast City.
In addition, there are also summer-only flights from Birmingham to Avignon and Brest, as well as Southampton to Avignon and Toulon. Fares will start at £29.99 one-way on 15 domestic routes.
Flybe chief executive Dave Pflieger said: “We are delighted to now be out for sale and starting service next month.
"We think our new flights will benefit everyone who wants low fares and more flights to go on holiday and visit loved ones. Our new network will also ensure better regional connectivity inside the UK and between various UK and EU regions.”
Flybe plans to have a fleet of 32 Q-400 propeller aircraft, some of which are sourced from the previous incarnation of the airline, which collapsed in March 2020.
Flybe Ltd was formed in April 2021 and has now replicated some of the former routes of its namesake, however in its absence carriers like Loganair, easyJet and Ryanair have already filled some of the missing capacity.
