She brings with her 29 years of travel experience with previous roles with Hays Travel, Thomas Cook, Funway Holidays and Hotelbeds.
In the newly-created role, Brooks-Wiggins will be based in the UK and report to Fastpayhotels chief executive Alex Gisbert.
"This new role is focused on rolling out our renewed value proposition to the UK and the rest of Northern Europe," Gisbert said.
"Audrey has an established history of taking on excellent products and tech to build the right partnerships. We are delighted to have her in our team."
