Mina – who is set to join the company on 25 October – will be fully responsible for Olympic Holidays’ contracting team.
He brings with him more than 35 years’ experience in travel, having started his purchasing career with Olympic Holidays in 1992.
He then held senior positions in the industry, including head of contracting and purchasing roles at Jet2holidays, Thomas Cook and MyTravel Plc.
Michael Vinales, managing director of Olympic Holidays, said: "Len is going to be a hugely valuable asset to the company moving forward and we’re delighted to have him joining the team.
"He brings with him a wealth of experience along with long-standing, established relationships with a large number of Olympic Holidays hoteliers."
