G Touring has been listed second in the medium-sized business category in Great Place to Work’s Best Workplaces for Women 2025, narrowly pipped to the top spot by Organix Brands Ltd.
However, the group has jumped from 17th in the medium category in 2023 to 14th in 2024 and now second in 2025. It comes after G Touring was earlier this year named in Great Place to Work’s top 10 best medium-sized UK workplaces, up from 16th a year earlier.
Adam Kemp, G Touring managing director said: “This recognition reflects our unwavering commitment to providing an inclusive, empowering workplace for women at every level. From leadership roles to operational teams, we strive to cultivate mentorship, flexible working practices, fair progression and professional development."
Employees were surveyed on more than 60 points, with 85% of the ranking based on what women report about their workplace and how fairly those experiences compare with the experience men have in the same workplace.
The remaining 15% of the ranking is based on how well represented women are throughout the workforce and management.
Other business making the list this year include Hilton, Booking.com and Expedia Group in the "super large" category, Farnborough airport and Milford Haven Port Authority (large) and SEO Travel (small).
Kemp added: "At G Touring, we celebrate the diverse strengths and perspectives women bring to our business, from customer-facing travel services to strategic decision-making.
"Through our partners Planeterra and our Cares projects, we help women redefine their roles in society by providing life-changing access to education and job-training.
"This achievement is a testament to the culture we’ve built and the shared dedication of our female and male team members alike.”
