G Touring managing director Adam Kemp said Mould’s promotion and the new hires would support the "phenomenal" growth it was experiencing through the trade.

The group, which is owned by G Adventures, is on the look-out for a trade sales director "to continue the growth Travelsphere and Just You have seen over the past year", as well as two new key account managers "to support trade partners" and a trade sales marketing executive.

Kemp said G Touring’s recruitment plans "underlined its commitment to the trade". "We know how important our trade partners are to the success of G Touring, and we want to offer them as much support as possible to sell our amazing, award-winning touring holidays to their customers."

The shake-up follows the departure earlier this year of Sarah Weetman, who joined G Touring in 2018 as head of trade sales before being promoted to the role of sales director

Of Mould’s promotion, Kemp said she had been "key" to the growth G Touring was seeing through the trade. "Rachel has been instrumental in building the strong relationships with our trade partners, and along with the new key account managers, she will continue to build on our current trade relationships and also form new partnerships."

G Touring’s new trade marketing executive, meanwhile, will ensure trade partners receive the marketing support they need across digital content, imagery, posters, presentations and other trading material.

"Our aim is to make it as easy as possible for our trade partners to sell our holidays so we all benefit," added Kemp.
