Mohammed Pasha (pictured right) launched his web and call centre business, Fusion Travel Group, in 2014 after joining the Global Travel Group and is now ready to set up on the high street.

The store, in Neath, will open in February employing up to five staff. Pasha told TTG opening another three outlets over the next three years was “a very achievable target”.

“The high street is a competitive marketplace, but we want to take Fusion in a new direction,” he said.

“I’ve loved moving into travel – it’s such a happy product.

“Having a high street presence really adds to how we’re viewed by consumers – I think it gives them more confidence in your brand.”

Pasha currently runs Fusion via its fully bookable website and call centres in Swansea and Bangladesh, with around 30 staff group-wide focusing on travel, taking bookings, handling customer service and managing social media.

He said the Fusion stores would make tailor-made itineraries and cruise their main focuses.
