Kelly Green will support the consortium’s agent members, joining fellow BDMs, Harriet Thompson and Helen Williamson, who cover the north and south.

Green brings with her 14 years of experience working in financial services prior to joining the travel sector, later spending five years in retail with Tui before moving to Hays two years ago.

Head of Hays Independence Group Natasha Marson said: “Kelly has a superb skillset to be able to support both our existing and new members who are keen on joining, drawing on her frontline experience of selling and managing financial services and retail travel branches. 

“Her strong background in business development, budgeting and forecasting will be a valuable resource for our existing members as they look to rebuild their business in 2022.”

Marson said Hays Independence Group had seen a 12% increase in membership during the last year with “a mixture of established businesses and new start-ups”.
