It comes after the tech firm announced plans to remove and discontinue support for its Quantum and older Traveller platform.
Jonathon Woodall-Johnston, chief operating officer at Hays Travel, said: "The announcement from SABS Travel Technologies will be disappointing to many.
"We all want to focus on meeting our customers’ needs, but if the last few years have shown us anything, it’s how adaptable and resilient we are in travel and tourism."
After "spending years" supporting agents and businesses transition to Hays IG – which involves complex data moves and learning new systems – Woodall-Johnston said the group is "confident" it has the capacity and expertise to support any businesses affected.
Members use an integrated system to sell and manage bookings, which in turn is linked to an enquiry management tool.
