Hays Travel has appointed former west Scotland regional sales manager Tanya Copper as head of the Personal Travel Consultants (PTC), with her predecessor Steph Cope taking on the role of head of corporate and consumer events.
Cooper will follow in the footsteps of other former RSMs such as Natasha Marson, Claire Cranfield and Steven Reilly, who all moved on to lead in three of Hays’ sales divisions, the Independence Group, the Virtual Contact Centre and Explorer Travel.
She said: "I am so pleased to have been given the opportunity to lead the PTC Division for Hays Travel. I look forward to bringing my drive and experience in retail sales to support growth for all our members."
