Cooper will follow in the footsteps of other former RSMs such as Natasha Marson, Claire Cranfield and Steven Reilly, who all moved on to lead in three of Hays’ sales divisions, the Independence Group, the Virtual Contact Centre and Explorer Travel.
She said: "I am so pleased to have been given the opportunity to lead the PTC Division for Hays Travel. I look forward to bringing my drive and experience in retail sales to support growth for all our members."
Meanwhile, Cope said: "I am delighted to have an opportunity to move into the corporate and consumer events area of the business. We host some amazing events for our colleagues and customers and I am excited to play a part in making a growing number of events happen in the future."
The company has begun the recruitment process for a regional sales manager for west Scotland.
