The team, which represents the brand’s tour operators Inghams and Santa’s Lapland, will make the tea, provide lunch, greet customers, organise brochures and tidy the back office.
Agents have been invited to submit anything they need help with for half a day to the trio before 15 July. The group will be available to visit 30 of its trade partners.
Head of agency sales, Julie Franklin, said: "We recognise that our fantastic agent partners are doing an amazing job, but are under a lot of stress with less staff and more admin to deal with, so we want to do something for them.
