The move comes with the group, parent to Explore, Inghams, Esprit, Santa’s Lapland and Inntravel, poised to announce a return to profitability following the pandemic. Hotelplan UK said on Tuesday (6 December) it was finalising its 2021/22 ful-year financial, and that it was "on track" for a "positive result".
The pay increase is staggered by up to 8% according to salary, ensuring lower earning individuals receive the maximum increase. It comes four months after all Hotelplan UK staff received a one-off £600 contribution to help rising bills.
Chief executive of Hotelplan UK, Joe Ponte, said: "We are absolutely delighted to be able to offer these rewards to our entire team. It has undoubtedly been a tough couple of years for the travel industry, and people are facing further uncertainty with the cost of living rises."
