Sykes, who has previously represented Norwegian Cruise Line and Sandals Resorts, will take on responsibility for agents in the north of England and Scotland.
She will take up her new role on Tuesday (14 March) reporting to UK sales director John Fair.
Her remit will be to manage existing, and build new, relationships with trade and industry partners, support the business in delivering strategy and core initiatives, identify new opportunities and support the business at all levels with new lead generation.
Sykes has previously held roles with Virgin rains East Coast and online marketing company Living Social (Escapes), and brings 25 years’ travel industry BDM experience to the role.
