The airline and operator, the UK’s largest Atol holder, has put extra flights and holidays on sale to destinations including mainland Spain and its islands, the Algarve, Greece’s islands, Bulgaria and Italy.
Leeds-based Jet2 will fly more than 1.9 million seats from Leeds Bradford in total next summer, operating to 49 destinations. Chief executive Steve Heapy said the expansion underlined Jet2’s commitment to LBA.
Heapy said demand from customers and agents in Yorkshire had "remained strong" since it put summer 2025 on sale, adding the growth at the Yorkshire airport would provide "more choice and more sunshine".
Additions include extra Tuesday flights to Majorca from 1 July 2025 to 23 September 2025, meaning Jet2 will operate up to four services a day on Tuesdays to the Balearic island during peak periods.
Jet2 will also increase frequency from LBA to Portugal’s Faro to three daily flights during peak periods, and will serve both Kefalonia and Zante four times a week from Leeds Bradford.
Other additions include:
- Reus (Spain) – four times weekly, including new Thursday services from 3 July 2025 to 30 October 2025
- Bourgas (Bulgaria) – three times weekly, including new Friday services from 4 July 2025 to 19 September 2025
- Rome – extra Monday and Friday services from 18 July 2025 to 1 September 2025
- Verona – new Sunday services from 6 July 2025 to 28 September 2025
