The airline and operator will fly to Athens and Rome from Stansted next winter, and will also offer additional services to the Greek capital from Manchester.
Jet2 will offer 2023/24 winter city breaks from six of its 10 UK bases – Birmingham, Glasgow, Leeds Bradford, Manchester, Newcastle and Stansted.
It will operate 28 routes in total to eight destinations – Athens, Barcelona, Budapest, Krakow, Paris, Prague, Rome and Venice.
The additional Manchester-Athens services in Decemeber 2023 and January 2024 will see Jet2 operate to the city year-round from Manchester for the first time.
Agents will be able to book their clients on weekend and mid-week city breaks throughout the winter, including over Christmas, new year and February half-term.
Jet2CityBreaks packages include 22kg hold luggage and 10kg cabin baggage, as well as a choice of two to five-star city centre hotels. Deposits are £60pp.
