Preveza becomes the airline’s ninth destination in Greece and will run four times a week from Stansted, Manchester and Birmingham. The addition means the carrier will operate 1.3 million seats to Greece next summer.
Flights to Zadar, on Croatia’s Dalmatian coast, will operate twice weekly from Stansted and Manchester. It will be the airline’s fourth destination in Croatia, with a total of 50 flights a week operating, providing 400,000 seats.
Other additions include:
- Belfast International: A new weekly service to Izmir
- Birmingham: New routes to Budapest (twice-weekly services), Kefalonia (weekly service), Nice (three-weekly services) and Murcia (twice-weekly services)
- Newcastle: New weekly service to Kos
- Stansted: New routes to Murcia (three-weekly services), Bergerac and La Rochelle (both weekly services)
Steve Heapy, chief executive of Jet.com and Jet2holidays, said: “With two brand-new destinations in Preveza and Zadar and 14 brand-new routes across the six bases, this is a programme that we are very proud of.
“We are not done yet, with even more sunshine going on sale from our other UK bases soon.”
