Marshall, who started her career with Thomson and then Tui, joins the accommodation specialist from Kelso Travel; she will work alongside Iberostar business development director UK and Ireland, Aishling McLoughlin, and business development manager UK and Ireland, James Carvetta.
"Due to an increase in sales and trade activity throughout 2022, it was necessary to expand the team to be able to continue to support all of our trade partners in the market," said McLoughlin.
"Eilidh has many years’ experience as a travel agent, and loves to travel and meet people – the perfect fit for this busy role. We are all very happy to welcome her into the Iberostar family."
Marshall said she was incredibly proud to join Iberostar at a "pivotal time" for the industry, and was excited to support the group’s Wave of Change responsible tourism movement.
"I’m really looking forward to working alongside Aishling and James, and to be representing Iberostar among the wonderful agents that the UK has to offer," she added.
Marshall has already hosted two agent trips to Majorca and Tenerife, and will soon lead a trip to Tunisia to help agents get ready for peaks.
"It’s a busy time leading up to Christmas and ensuring our partners have all the information and tools they need to ‘warm up for peaks’ with Iberostar," said Marshall.
