Law firm Fox Williams has expanded its dedicated travel team with the appointment of travel regulation and aviation expect Anna Tindall.
Tindall joins the firm’s travel group, headed up by Rhys Griffiths, which is currently advising on key travel issues arising from the coronavirus crisis.
These include Atol issues, chargebacks, acquirer relationships, regulatory and consumer obligations, and recoveries against suppliers.
Tindall’s background is in travel regulations, aviation and other commercial matters throughout travel and aviation.
Prior to joining Fox Williams, Tindall held roles with low-cost carrier Fastjet and broker Air Charter Service.
“The impact of Covid-19 is causing disruption to every aspect of the travel industry," said Griffiths. "We are working with clients to help resolve the commercial and regulatory problems they are facing and that, even a few months ago, could not have been anticipated.
"I’m delighted Anna has joined us and our extended team of lawyers within Fox Williams, to address the very many issues that our clients are currently encountering. It’s important we are doing all we can to help our clients survive, recover, and thrive again once we come out of this.”
