Le Boat has launched a flight protection policy for guests travelling to France, Italy, Belgium, Germany, The Netherlands and Ireland by aircraft in response to recent delays faced by the aviation industry.
If a customer’s flight is cancelled right up to departure, the company will guarantee a refund for the Le Boat part of the trip.
Alternatively, if the customer’s flight is delayed, or arrives late, Le Boat will refund the unused portion of the holiday for all departures in 2022.
The firm hired former Fred Olsen national account manager Julia Thornhill last year in a bid to to up its trade focus.
