Ryan joins Cruising Excursions from Sykes Cottages where she was property recruitment team manager. She has also held positions with Wendy Wu Tours and Affordable Car Hire.
She will report to the company’s head of trade sales, Kirsty Bachelor, in a bid to re-engage with agent partners.
Bachelor said Ryan has joined Cruising Excursions’ trade team at an "exciting time".
"We’re seeing cruise sailings being released earlier than ever and due to the pent-up demand, we’re now working as far ahead as 2024 bookings," she added.
