In his role, Davis will help inform and inspire the next generation of travel, tourism, hospitality and aviation professionals.
Davis, who joined ITT’s education and training committee in 2018, said he wanted to champion the sectors as great places to work, offering "engaging and fulfilling" careers.
"I’ve been fortunate to moderate conference sessions, speak at universities and, importantly, meet many aspiring travel professionals," said Davis.
"Some harbour ambitions of becoming travel marketeers, others product specialists. Wherever their career begins, it’s clear from their energy and intellect that we have a promising pipeline of travel talent.
"As an ITT Future You ambassador, I’ll strive to showcase our industry as a great place to work. An industry that is engaging and fulfilling, where people from all backgrounds can learn, grow and achieve their career ambitions."
Claire Steiner, co-founder of ITT Future You and chair of ITT’s education and training committee, added: “Louie has been an enthusiastic supporter of Future You and invested his time to speak at student events, support graduates, and help embed the hospitality sector in the various initiatives that we’ve been running throughout the pandemic.
"It’s been a difficult time for the industry and showcasing success stories like Louie helps to inspire the next generation of travel industry professionals."
More than 22,000 students and graduates have attended ITT Future You careers events since the initiative was launched in 2008.
ITT’s other Future You ambassadors are Olly Nicholls (Attraction World), Jenny Kovacs (Queen of Being Seen), Donna Allcock (Tourism Ireland), Lee Ainsworth (Advantage Travel Partnership), Jamie-Lee Abtar (The Travel Marketer), Ben Rogers (Hope Street Hotel) and Michael Long (Expedia Group).
