Francis will leave The Travel Corporation in August after seven years, where she led the sales for youth touring brand Contiki and, in the past year, held the sales director role for TTC Tour Brands.
Meanwhile, Louise Sword has joined as sales manager for TTC Tour Brands for south-east England. She worked for Titan Travel for 15 years, starting in reservations before moving into a sales manager role for seven years within oversight for the south-east.
Sword said: “I can’t wait to get out on the road and talk to agent partners about TTC Tour Brands and the incredible experiences they offer. 2023 has been an exciting year for the brands and I have no doubt 2024 will be even more so.”
To support the Contiki brand specifically, a new business development manager has been appointed, to be announced in September.
Kelly Jackson, TTC Tour Brands managing director EMEA, said: “We are sad to bid farewell to Becky after seven years of dedication, but we wish her all the best in her onward journey.
"At the same time, we are very excited to welcome Louise and our new Contiki BDM; these additional roles will enable us to better serve and support our trade partners in selling our diverse range of escorted touring.
“We are actively recruiting for a director of sales for UK, Europe and Ireland and look forward to making an announcement on that in the near future.
“We are unwaveringly committed to our valued travel trade partners; we plan to strengthen our sales team, solidify our trade relationships, expand our contact centre and enhance our travel agent online booking portal. We look forward to the next chapter of our TTC story.”
