Unforgettable Travel Group’s personal enrichment credit will provide every employee £1,000 to put towards their own personal travel and their families.
The business, which has 32 staff, will also subsidise spa breaks for employees, gift extra days off for healthy living, and reward long service with a cash bonus or sabbatical.
Other perks include annual leave on birthdays, two paid days off for volunteering in the local community, and private health assessments.
Commercial director Graham Carter said: “In the past two years, we’ve increased the Unforgettable family to 32 staff. We’ve always strived to be the leading travel employer, and since the rise in remote working felt the need to update our benefits scheme to ensure we offer our staff the very best.
"We aim to provide the ultimate in service to our guests and in order to do that we need to have happy, rewarded and engaged employees – they are the heart of our success."
An annual mental wellness spa day will see the company contribute £100 to a spa treatment of each employee’s choice, along with a day’s paid annual leave.
Those passing five years’ service, meanwhile, will be offered a £2,000 cash bonus or a 30-day paid sabbatical.
Carter added: The new, more extensive scheme has a keen emphasis on personal enrichment and allowing our teams to travel, knowing it’s everyone’s true passion. We now believe we offer one of the best packages in the business – which benefits our staff around the world.”
Unforgettable has offices in London, New York, Split and Athens; besides its own trips, it also operates the Unforgettable Croatia and Unforgettable Greece brands.
