Moran, who has previously held a number of trade-facing roles with the line, will support new sales director Ruth Venn.
He will be supported by former strategic partnership executive Cara Hayward, who has been promoted to the role of partnership development manager.
Hayward will be responsible for existing partnerships, as well as obtaining new ones to help expand P&O’s reach in preparation for the arrival of new Excel-class ship Arvia in December. She will also provide travel agents with support to promote campaign messages and brand updates.
Moran said he is "looking forward to meeting with agents" to capitalise on the demand the line has seen for cruise holidays in 2022.
"In the time I have been away the brand has expanded and grown so much and with the arrival of Arvia later this year we continue the exciting journey," he added.
Venn said Moran’s return to the business and Hayward’s promotion will "bolster" the line’s ability to work "hand in hand with agents".
"We have also increased support of the Partnership Helpdesk, reducing call waiting times and providing immediate assistance as required with agent bookings and after sales support," she added.
